A very strange movie, but not in an especially satisfying way. I feel like Aronofsky is usually more coherent than this, but thinking back to Pi, maybe that’s just wishful thinking. At least this one didn’t give me a headache.

It wasn’t without moments of hilarity, nor without bouts of eye-rolling. A little too much feel good at the end. I like my screwball comedies a bit edgier.
